  • Fry the Black Pudding (Optional): If using, fry the black pudding slices in the same pan for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy. Keep everything warm in the pan over low heat.
  • Cook the Mushrooms and Tomatoes: In a separate pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned and caramelized, then move them to one side. Add the tomatoes, cut-side down, and sear briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the Bread and Eggs: Wipe down the pan used for the sausages and bacon, then heat a bit of oil or butter over medium heat. Fry the bread slices until golden and crispy on both sides. In the same pan used for the mushrooms and tomatoes, fry the eggs to your liking (sunny side up recommended).
  • Plate and Serve: Start by scooping the warm beans onto the center of the plate. Arrange the sausages, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes, and fried bread around the beans. Top it off with the eggs and serve immediately. Enjoy!
