Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
2 tsp Mustard
2 tsp Ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
5 Strips of Bacon (Cooked and crumbled)
Cheddar Cheese, Cubed or Sliced
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of a golf ball, and flatten them slightly.
Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Place a cube or slice of cheddar cheese on each patty a minute before they are done, allowing it to melt.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a mini bun and topping with crumbled bacon. Add your favorite condiments and toppings.
Notes
Overmixing the meat can make the burgers tough; mix just enough to combine.
Chilling the patties in the fridge for 30 minutes before grilling can help them hold their shape better.
For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey.
