- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose or almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Toss diced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Press a spoonful of the oat mixture into each mini muffin cup. Top with cinnamon-sugar apples, then sprinkle more oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
