Description

There’s nothing like the cozy taste of apple crisp—especially when it’s bite-sized! These Apple Crisp Bites feature sweet cinnamon apples with a buttery oat topping. Perfect for snacking, holiday parties, or an afternoon treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled & diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose or almond flour
  • 1/4 cup butter (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Toss diced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
  • Press a spoonful of the oat mixture into each mini muffin cup. Top with cinnamon-sugar apples, then sprinkle more oat mixture on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Swap all-purpose flour for almond or gluten-free flour for a dietary-friendly option.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped pecans or walnuts to the oat topping.
