Ingredients
4 fajita-size tortillas (or small flour tortillas)
½ cup pizza sauce + extra for dipping
4 mozzarella cheese sticks (or 1 cup shredded mozzarella)
Toppings of choice:
Pepperoni slices
Cooked sausage crumbles
Diced bell peppers
Sliced olives
Mushrooms
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray
2. Assemble Wraps
Spread 1-2 tbsp pizza sauce down the center of each tortilla
Place 1 cheese stick (or ¼ cup shredded cheese) on top
Add toppings (about 2 tbsp per wrap)
Roll tightly: Fold sides in, then roll from bottom up
Place seam-side down in baking dish
3. Add Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter with garlic powder & Italian seasoning
Brush generously over wraps (or drizzle and tilt dish to coat)
4. Bake to Perfection
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy
Optional: Broil 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness
5. Serve & Enjoy!
Let cool 5 minutes (filling will be lava-hot!)
Serve with extra warmed pizza sauce for dipping
