Ingredients
6 cups Bisquick® baking mix
2 lbs extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb room temperature sage-flavored pork sausage
1 lb room temperature hot pork sausage
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick® baking mix, shredded Cheddar cheese, and both types of sausage.
Use your hands to mix until thoroughly combined.
Form small balls (about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) with the mixture.
Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
