This decadent, layered dessert combines chewy cookie dough, fudgy brownie, creamy cheesecake, and caramel into one irresistible treat. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or when you need a showstopping dessert with minimal effort!


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 1 cup cheesecake filling (store-bought or mix 8 oz cream cheese + ¼ cup sugar + 1 tsp vanilla)
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (warmed for easy drizzling)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

 


Instructions

1. Prep & Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or butter.

2. Layer #1: Cookie Dough Crust

  • Press 6 pieces of cookie dough into the bottom of the pan, flattening to form an even crust.

3. Layer #2: Brownie Batter

  • Prepare brownie mix as directed on the box.
  • Pour batter evenly over the cookie dough layer.

4. Layer #3: Cheesecake Swirl

  • Dollop cheesecake filling over the brownie batter.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl (don’t overmix—it should look marbled).

5. Drizzle & Top

  • Warm caramel sauce and zigzag it over the cheesecake layer.
  • Crumble the remaining 6 cookie dough pieces on top.
  • Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

6. Bake & Cool

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Let cool completely (this is key for clean slices!).

7. Slice & Serve

  • Cut into squares and serve with extra caramel drizzle or ice cream!
