- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 1 cup cheesecake filling (store-bought or mix 8 oz cream cheese + ¼ cup sugar + 1 tsp vanilla)
- ½ cup caramel sauce (warmed for easy drizzling)
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prep & Preheat
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or butter.
2. Layer #1: Cookie Dough Crust
- Press 6 pieces of cookie dough into the bottom of the pan, flattening to form an even crust.
3. Layer #2: Brownie Batter
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on the box.
- Pour batter evenly over the cookie dough layer.
4. Layer #3: Cheesecake Swirl
- Dollop cheesecake filling over the brownie batter.
- Use a knife to gently swirl (don’t overmix—it should look marbled).
5. Drizzle & Top
- Warm caramel sauce and zigzag it over the cheesecake layer.
- Crumble the remaining 6 cookie dough pieces on top.
- Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
6. Bake & Cool
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool completely (this is key for clean slices!).
