Description

Our Candy Corn Fudge is a fun, festive Halloween treat that’s as easy to make as it is delicious! With just four ingredients and three colorful layers, this creamy, sweet fudge will be the hit of your holiday gathering. Each bite delivers the rich taste of white chocolate with a touch of honey and vanilla, perfectly mimicking the colors of classic candy corn.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ½ cups white chocolate chips (1 ½ cups for each color layer)
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream (¼ cup per layer)
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract (1 tsp per layer)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (1 tbsp per layer)
  • Yellow food coloring
  • Orange food coloring

Instructions

  • Prepare the Baking Dish: Line a 9×5 baking dish with parchment paper or foil for easy removal.
  • Yellow Layer: In a small saucepan, combine 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips, ¼ cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp honey. Stir constantly over medium heat until smooth. Add 8 drops of yellow food coloring, mix, and spread evenly into the baking dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Orange Layer: Repeat the process for the orange layer, using 12 drops of yellow food coloring and 4 drops of red to create the orange color. Spread evenly over the chilled yellow layer and chill for another 30 minutes.
  • White Layer: Repeat the process again without adding any food coloring. Spread the white mixture over the orange layer and chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  • Serve: Remove the fudge from the pan, cut into small squares or triangles, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a brighter white layer, use clear vanilla extract.
  • Make sure to chill between layers to keep colors clean and separate.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or freeze for longer storage.
