  • 1 box Orange Jell-O Gelatin (3 oz)
  • 8 oz thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 1/3 cups boiling water
  • Candy corn (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the lemon jello: In a bowl, combine the lemon Jell-O with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool slightly.
  • Pour the lemon jello into clear shot glasses, filling each about 1/3 of the way. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, until set.
  • While the lemon layer sets, prepare the orange jello: In a separate bowl, combine the orange Jell-O with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool slightly.
  • Once the lemon layer is set, carefully pour the orange jello on top, filling the glasses another 1/3 of the way. Return to the fridge and chill for another 20-30 minutes.
  • After both layers are set, top with Cool Whip, smoothing it to create the final white layer.
  • Garnish with a piece of candy corn on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
