Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, egg, and enough water to form a dough. Mix well until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a circle or desired shape. Transfer to the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is firm and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, then add shredded carrot and cheese as toppings.
- Bake again for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Let the pizza cool completely, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
