Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll out the dough: On a flat surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12×8-inch rectangle.
- Layer the toppings: Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the dough, followed by the pepperoni slices.
- Roll it up: Starting from one of the longer sides, roll the dough into a tight log. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces (about 12-15 rolls).
- Brush with butter: Place the rolls cut side down on the prepared baking sheet. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and oregano, and brush the tops of the rolls.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve: Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
