Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and cut into breadsticks. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
