Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 12 pre-made mini pastry shells (or wonton wrappers)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar cheese, feta cheese, ham, and parsley.
- If using wonton wrappers, press one into each muffin tin slot to form a cup. If using pastry shells, arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the egg mixture into each shell or wrapper, filling just to the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the egg is set and the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Substitute ham with bacon, sausage, or sautéed vegetables for variety.
- Wonton wrappers create a crispy alternative to traditional pastry shells.
- Freeze leftovers for up to one month; reheat in the oven for best results.
