Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 12 pre-made mini pastry shells (or wonton wrappers)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar cheese, feta cheese, ham, and parsley.
  • If using wonton wrappers, press one into each muffin tin slot to form a cup. If using pastry shells, arrange them on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon the egg mixture into each shell or wrapper, filling just to the top.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the egg is set and the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
