Description

This Christmas Snowman Cheese Board is the ultimate festive appetizer! Featuring cheeses, crackers, nuts, and grapes, it’s quick to assemble, visually stunning, and perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 round cheeses (e.g., Brie, Camembert)
  • 1 block cheddar
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 small carrot
  • Mini salami sticks
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1 cup mini breadsticks
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers

Instructions

  • Place a clean, large serving board as your base. Line with parchment paper if desired.
  • Arrange the two round cheeses vertically for the snowman’s body and head.
  • Add the cheddar block on top to serve as the snowman’s hat.
  • Use small cheese pieces or grapes for eyes and buttons. Position the carrot as the snowman’s nose.
  • Place mini salami sticks on either side as arms.
  • Surround the snowman with grapes, almonds, breadsticks, and crackers to complete the board.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy with family and friends.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, replace the salami with pretzel sticks or breadsticks.
  • Add rosemary sprigs or cranberries for a festive touch.
  • Assemble the board up to 4 hours ahead but add crackers just before serving.
