2 (12.4 oz) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (like Pillsbury)

2 oz (¼ cup) milk (whole or 2% for richness)

Icing packets (from the cinnamon roll cans)
Instructions
1. Prep the Cinnamon Rolls

Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces (quarters).
2. Make the Soaking Mixture

In a bowl, whisk milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Toss cinnamon roll pieces in the mixture. Let soak 10-15 minutes.
3. Assemble & Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8″ or 9×13″ baking dish.
