Ingredients

  • 2 (12.4 oz) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (like Pillsbury)

  • 2 oz (¼ cup) milk (whole or 2% for richness)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tbsp cinnamon

  • Icing packets (from the cinnamon roll cans)

 


Instructions

1. Prep the Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces (quarters).

2. Make the Soaking Mixture

  1. In a bowl, whisk milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  2. Toss cinnamon roll pieces in the mixture. Let soak 10-15 minutes.

3. Assemble & Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8″ or 9×13″ baking dish.

  2. Spread soaked pieces evenly in the dish.

  3. Microwave icing packets for 10-15 seconds until thin, then drizzle over the top.

  4. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling.

4. Serve

  1. Let cool 5 minutes, then scoop and serve warm!
