Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the granulated sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
