- 1/4 cup ketchup (for the meatloaf)

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for the glaze)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for the glaze)
- 1 teaspoon mustard (for the glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, and pepper. Blend until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and transfer it to a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to create the glaze. Spread it evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
