Instructions

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the mashed bananas and sour cream until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Pour half of the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread the cream cheese over the batter, then top with the remaining banana batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
