Ingredients
4 packs Knorr broccoli noodles
2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup
2 cans water (use the cream of chicken soup cans to measure)
5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Knorr Suiza (chicken bouillon)
1 head fresh broccoli (chopped)
2 cups shredded cheese (Colby, Monterey Jack, or your favorite blend)
Optional Add-Ins:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
2. Mix the Base
Pour the Knorr broccoli noodles into the casserole dish.
Add the cream of chicken soup and water, and mix well.
3. Add the Chicken
Press the chicken breasts into the noodle mixture.
Sprinkle the Knorr Suiza (chicken bouillon) evenly over the chicken.
4. Add the Broccoli
Scatter the chopped broccoli throughout the casserole.
5. Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
6. Bake
Cover the casserole with foil and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the noodles are tender.
7. Serve & Enjoy
