- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces penne pasta

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the penne and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest, then slice.
- Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
