Description

These Cottage Cheese Chips are the ultimate high-protein, low-carb snack! Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, they’re perfect for guilt-free snacking. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create crunchy chips that rival any store-bought version—without the unnecessary additives. Whether you enjoy them solo, with dips, or as a crunchy topping, these chips will become a household favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crispiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the Cottage Cheese – In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup of cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  3. Mix in Seasonings – Transfer to a bowl and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Form the ChipsSpoon small dollops of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, then spread into thin, even circles (about 2 inches in diameter).
  5. Add Parmesan (Optional) – Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top for extra crispiness and flavor.
  6. Bake to Perfection – Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cool & Enjoy – Let the chips cool completely before removing them from the tray—they crisp up even more as they cool!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, make sure the chips are spread thin—thicker chips will be more chewy than crispy.
  • Storage tip: Keep leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. If they soften, re-crisp them in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Air Fryer Option: Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10–15 minutes, checking frequently.
  • Customize the flavors! Try adding cayenne for a spicy kick or Italian seasoning for an herby twist.
