Description

These Crispy Spinach Artichoke Dip Bites combine the best of creamy spinach artichoke dip and flaky puff pastry for an irresistible appetizer. Perfect for parties, holidays, or snacking, they’re quick to make and sure to impress with their golden, cheesy goodness.

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and black pepper until fully combined.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 12 equal squares.
  • Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold the corners over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
  • Arrange the filled bites on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
