Ingredients
Scale
- 2 jars roasted, salted peanuts (16 ounces each)
- 1 package almond bark (24 ounces), broken or chopped
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (24 ounces)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Layer ingredients into the crockpot, starting with the peanuts, followed by the almond bark, and then the chocolate chips.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. After an hour, uncover, stir, and recover. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Uncover, stir until smooth. If chocolate isn’t fully melted, cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Line baking sheets with wax or parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the lined sheets, leaving about 1 inch in between.
- Top with sprinkles before chocolate hardens.
- Allow the candy to set for 1 hour in the refrigerator or about 4 hours at room temperature.
Notes
- Avoid Water in the Chocolate: Condensation can cause the chocolate to seize, so carefully tilt the crockpot lid away from the candy to prevent any drips.
- Serving Size: Makes approximately 60-100 candy clusters, depending on size.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
