Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

1 cup chopped pecans

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk


Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

2. Make the Crust
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.

3. Layer the Ingredients
Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans evenly over the crust.

4. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top, making sure to cover all the layers.

5. Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

6. Cool & Cut
Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

Once cooled, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars out of the pan. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

With Ice Cream: Serve warm bars with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent dessert.
