Description

These Dracula Dentures are the ultimate spooky treat for Halloween! Made with soft chocolate chip cookies, marshmallows, slivered almonds (or nut-free alternatives), and red-tinted frosting, these fun cookie sandwiches resemble Dracula’s famous fangs. Perfect for a party or a fun project with kids, these cookies are as playful as they are delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (18.25 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough or your favorite cookie recipe
  • ½ cup vanilla frosting, tinted red
  • 1¾ cups miniature marshmallows
  • 48 slivered almonds (or pumpkin seeds or white gummy candy for nut-free option)

Instructions

  • Bake the chocolate chip cookies according to package instructions or your favorite recipe. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice each cookie in half to create 48 cookie halves.
  • Spread a thin layer of red-tinted vanilla frosting on the flat side of each cookie half.
  • Place 6 marshmallows along the curved edge of 24 cookie halves to create “teeth.” Add an extra marshmallow behind the teeth if needed for support.
  • Top each with the remaining 24 cookie halves, positioning them slightly behind the marshmallow teeth.
  • Insert two slivered almonds (or your alternative) between the marshmallows to create fangs. If they don’t stick, dip the tips into frosting before placing them.
  • Serve and enjoy your spooky Dracula Dentures!

Notes

  • For a nut-free option, use pumpkin seeds or slices of white gummy candy in place of the almond slivers.
  • If you’re short on time, store-bought cookies and pre-tinted frosting work perfectly!
  • These cookies can be baked ahead of time and assembled right before serving to keep them fresh.
