- 1 box (18-20 oz) brownie mix (any brand)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
Instructions
1. Prep & Mix
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment.
- In a bowl, stir together brownie mix, oil, flour, eggs, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
2. Bake
- Drop 1.5-tbsp scoops of dough 2 inches apart on the sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underdone.
3. Cool & Serve
- Let rest on the sheet for 5 minutes (they’ll firm up).
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
