Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix and all-purpose flour. Stir in the vegetable oil and eggs until just combined.
- Fold in about 3/4 cup of M&M candies, saving the rest for decorating.
- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a cookie scoop, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Press a few candy eyeballs and extra M&Ms onto the tops of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the cookies are set but still soft in the middle.
- Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
