- ΒΌ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- Β½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 package (18.75 oz) brownie mix (e.g., Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme)
- 1 package (10 oz) Halloween chocolate chips
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Line a 9Γ9-inch pan with foil or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, water, oil, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
- Stir in the brownie mix until fully incorporated, then fold in half of the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles on top of the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges pull away from the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
