Description

  • ΒΌ cup water
  • ΒΌ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Β½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 package (18.75 oz) brownie mix (e.g., Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme)
  • 1 package (10 oz) Halloween chocolate chips
  • Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Line a 9Γ—9-inch pan with foil or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, water, oil, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
  • Stir in the brownie mix until fully incorporated, then fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles on top of the batter.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges pull away from the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
