Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Fill cups ¾ full with batter.
- Bake 20 minutes at 175°C (350°F) until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
No-Oven (Kawali/Stovetop Method)
- Preheat a deep pan (kawali) with a tight-fitting lid over low heat for 15 mins.
- Grease muffin molds (or use heat-safe cups) and fill ¾ full with batter.
- Place molds in the pan, cover with lid, and bake 25-30 mins on low heat (check at 20 mins).
