Description

If you’re craving something sweet, quick, and incredibly easy to make, this Peach Dump Cake is the answer! It’s the ultimate dessert for when you want something delicious without spending hours in the kitchen. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal effort, you’ll have a warm, gooey, and comforting dessert that’s perfect on its own or topped with ice cream. Plus, it’s super versatile—you can use any canned fruit you like! Let’s get baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans of peaches in heavy syrup (don’t drain the syrup—it’s key to the gooey goodness!)
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix (dry, straight from the box—no need to prepare it!)
  • ½ cup (1 stick) of butter (or Parkay squeeze butter for convenience)
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spray or grease a small/medium baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.

2. Add the Peaches

  • Pour both cans of peaches (with the syrup) into the baking dish.
  • If you’re using the optional add-ins, sprinkle the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar over the peaches. Stir gently to combine.

3. Dump the Cake Mix

  • Open the box of yellow cake mix and evenly sprinkle the dry mix over the peaches. Do not stir—this creates that delicious crumbly topping!

4. Add the Butter

  • If using stick butter, slice it into thin pats and place them all over the top of the cake mix.
  • If using Parkay squeeze butter, drizzle it evenly over the cake mix.

5. Bake

  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
