  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 1-inch pieces (about 20 slices)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ⅓ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine melted butter and olive oil in a small bowl. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with the mixture.
  • Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  • In a medium bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Arrange the toasted bread slices in a circular pattern on a large serving platter to mimic a wreath.
  • Spoon the tomato-feta mixture onto the bread slices. Bake the assembled bruschetta for 8–10 minutes until warmed through.
  • Garnish the center of the wreath with fresh basil sprigs and serve warm.
