- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine melted butter and olive oil in a small bowl. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with the mixture.
- Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a medium bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Arrange the toasted bread slices in a circular pattern on a large serving platter to mimic a wreath.
- Spoon the tomato-feta mixture onto the bread slices. Bake the assembled bruschetta for 8–10 minutes until warmed through.
- Garnish the center of the wreath with fresh basil sprigs and serve warm.
