  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 8 squares of milk chocolate (or chocolate chips)
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough: Roll each biscuit dough piece into a flat, round shape.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Place one marshmallow and one square of chocolate in the center of each dough round. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  • Coat in Graham Crumbs: Roll each bomb in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  • Fry the Bombs: Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry 2-3 bombs at a time for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve: Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm!
