Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Steaks are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with garlicky, cheesy goodness! Roasted to perfection with olive oil, smoked paprika, and Parmesan, they make an irresistible vegetarian main or a flavorful side dish. Quick, easy, and incredibly delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep the cauliflower – Remove outer leaves, trim the stem (keeping the core intact), and slice into ¾-inch thick steaks.
  3. Mix the seasoning – In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Brush & roast – Coat both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the garlic oil mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip & add Parmesan – Carefully flip each steak, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and roast for another 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
  6. Garnish & serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes.
