Ingredients
- For the Chicken Bites:

1½ lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season & Cook the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Grill or cook in a hot skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. -
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. -
Combine & Serve:
Add cooked chicken bites to the sauce, stirring gently to coat. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or veggies.
Notes
- Want more flavor? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or a touch of lemon zest for brightness.
