Description

These Halloween Confetti Cookies are soft, buttery, and packed with spooky-colored sprinkles! Quick and easy to make, they’re the perfect Halloween treat for parties, family gatherings, or any time you’re in the mood to celebrate with a festive, delicious cookie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and eggs together until creamy and well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Place Halloween sprinkles in a shallow bowl. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the dough, roll it in sprinkles to coat, and place it on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Room Temperature Ingredients: Make sure your butter and eggs are at room temperature for the best texture.
  • Freezing Tip: Unbaked dough balls can be frozen on a baking sheet, then stored in a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Bake from frozen, adding an extra minute or two.
  • Customize Your Sprinkles: Switch up the sprinkle colors for other seasons, or use holiday-specific sprinkles for more festive options!
