Instructions
- Preheat oven according to sugar cookie dough instructions. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Roll out sugar cookie dough to a ¼ inch thick circle on the parchment-lined pan. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- While the cookie cools, beat together softened butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with milk until you reach desired frosting consistency. Mix in vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Spread frosting evenly over the cooled cookie. Decorate with Halloween candy and sprinkles.
