14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

3 cups dark chocolate candy melts

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with peppermint and vanilla extracts until combined.
Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture becomes thick and dough-like.
Form small disks from the mixture and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
