Ingredients

  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together half-and-half, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is steaming but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Transfer the creamer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
