- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Sliced baguette or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, toss cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the tomato mixture over the cheese layer in the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the tomatoes are roasted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately with baguette slices or crackers.
