  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Sliced baguette or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the tomato mixture over the cheese layer in the dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the tomatoes are roasted.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately with baguette slices or crackers.
