Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Gently fold in limoncello.
- Spread into crust, smooth top, and refrigerate for 4+ hours.
- Before serving, garnish with berries and mint.
