Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  4. Gently fold in limoncello.
  5. Spread into crust, smooth top, and refrigerate for 4+ hours.
  6. Before serving, garnish with berries and mint.
