This quick and easy recipe takes the classic rice crispy treat to the next level by using everyone’s favorite colorful cereal. With just 3 ingredients and 15 minutes of prep time, you can whip up a batch of these magical snacks that are perfect for after school, parties, or anytime you need a little sweetness. Let’s get started!


Ingredients

    5 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal

    16 oz bag of marshmallows

    1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter

    Optional Add-Ins:

        Sprinkles

        White chocolate chips

        Mini M&M’s


Instructions

1. Prep the Pan

    Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.

2. Melt the Butter and Marshmallows

    In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

    Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.

3. Mix in the Cereal

    Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the Lucky Charms cereal until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.

4. Press into the Pan

    Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.

    Use a greased spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to press the mixture evenly into the pan.

5. Chill & Cut

    Place the dish in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

    Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
