Ingredients

12 ounces cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

15 slices peppered salami, chopped

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons chives, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced (or 1 ½ tsp dried)

2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced (or 1 ½ tsp dried)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped

1 tablespoon parsley, minced

24 pretzel sticks


Instructions

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.

Stir in salami, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper, vinegar, chives, parsley, basil, onion and garlic powders, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Form mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.

In a separate bowl, combine chopped pecans, pistachios, and parsley. Roll each cheese ball in the nut mixture to coat.

Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the cheese balls for at least one hour before serving to enhance their flavor and texture. Adjust the salt based on the saltiness of your salami and cheeses.
