Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 3 oranges (juiced)
- 8 oz coconut water (unsweetened)
- 1/2 pineapple (peeled, cored, and diced)
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Peel and core the pineapple, then dice it into chunks. Juice the lime and oranges using a juicer or citrus reamer.
- Blend: Add the pineapple chunks, orange juice, lime juice, coconut water, and sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Optional Strain: If you prefer a smoother texture, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
- Serve: Pour over ice, garnish with a slice of lime or orange if desired, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
- For extra sweetness, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
- To make a fizzy version, replace half the coconut water with sparkling water.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake or stir before drinking.
- Ripe pineapple and oranges yield the best flavor!
