Description

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are a quick and indulgent treat made with creamy peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and a decadent chocolate coating. Perfect for parties, snacks, or just a sweet craving, this easy-to-make dessert requires no baking and minimal prep time. Creamy, rich, and absolutely irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Form the Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Coat the Balls: Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil (optional) in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between. Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated.
  • Chill Again: Place the chocolate-coated balls back in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  • Serve: Once firm, enjoy these bite-sized treats! Store leftovers in the fridge.

Notes

  • For a variation, try using almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
  • If you don’t have graham cracker crumbs, crushed digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers work well too.
  • These cheesecake balls can be frozen for up to 2 months—just thaw in the fridge before serving.
