Instructions

- Divide the white frosting into small bowls, and add food coloring to each bowl until you achieve your desired colors.
- Transfer the colored frosting into piping bags or sandwich bags with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe a dollop of frosting onto the center of each cookie.
- Press a chocolate kiss into the frosting, creating a ring of frosting around the kiss.
- Add a mini yellow M&M to the band of frosting on each cookie as the buckle.
