These Nutter Butter Ghosts are a spooky and silly no-bake Halloween treat that’s perfect for parties or family fun! Made with only four ingredients and ready in minutes, they combine creamy white candy melts with peanut butter cookies, finished off with chocolate chip eyes and mouths for a delightful, ghostly appearance. A crowd-pleaser that’s easy to make and even easier to devour!
Ingredients
- 15 Nutter Butter Cookies
- 1 package White Candy Melts (12 oz)
- 15 Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (for the “mouths”)
- 30 Mini Chocolate Chips (for the “eyes”)
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Place the candy melts in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted (about 1 ½ minutes).
- Drop a Nutter Butter cookie into the melted candy and flip it to coat evenly on all sides. Place on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- While the candy is still warm, add two mini chocolate chips for the eyes and one regular-sized chocolate chip for the mouth.
- Let the cookies set and cool until the candy coating hardens (about 10 minutes). Enjoy!
Notes
Store Nutter Butter Ghosts in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 5 days. Keep them out of direct sunlight or heat to prevent the candy coating from melting.
