Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- For the streusel, mix sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel over the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
