Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • For the streusel, mix sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the streusel over the batter.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
