Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, pumpkin puree, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and salt.
