  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 oz carton whipped topping
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions.
  • Roll out the pie crusts on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle generously with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake the crusts as directed on the package. Once baked, remove from the oven and immediately cut into small dipping pieces. Let cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix, and milk to the bowl. Beat for 3-4 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
  • Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, then beat until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well incorporated.
  • Refrigerate the mousse until ready to serve. Serve with pie crust dippers.

Notes
