Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, egg, and honey (if using). Mix well.
- Add rolled oats and whole wheat flour, stirring until a thick dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes or rectangles.
- Place shaped treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until firm and slightly golden.
- Let treats cool completely before serving.
