- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oats, pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place on a plate and chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
- Enjoy and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
