Description

Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites are quick, healthy, and loaded with fall flavors! These no-bake snacks are perfect for on-the-go, with oats, almond butter, and pumpkin puree. Ready in minutes and packed with wholesome ingredients, they’re perfect for busy days or pre-workout fuel.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix oats, pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place on a plate and chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
